My name is Laura and I’m a fitness fanatic, full-on fashionista, fervent foodie, and full of fun!

I’m a twenty-something who’s still learning how to balance double majoring, being a Health Coach, interning, and enjoying my social life, all while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It can certainly be a challenge at times, but with patience and positivity, it can be done!
I write about the delicious and (mostly) nutritious food I eat, the fun workouts I do, the outfits I wear, and the friends, family, and fun that fill my days.
I am not a registered dietician or personal trainer, nor am I in the fashion industry. All the views expressed here are my own – they are not expert opinion or scientifically proven facts. The workouts I create and the food I eat are what work for me, and are not necessarily right for everyone.
